Karl and Jono

Today was another successful day in the little country of Slovenia. We started off the day with our usual continental breakfast followed by a technique session at 11am. Today was an easy day on the calendar with only one session planned to give us all a welcomed rest afternoon and make way for full length runs tomorrow morning and a change of venue up to the Soca Valley to a town called Bovec.
The day started off slightly cooler than usual but once the overcast clouds left it soon warmed up and we treated ourself to a swim at the local town pool. Over lunch Richard told us how good the exfoliate sponge in the hotel toiletries kit was. We then informed him that the exfoliate sponge was actually a shoe polish and gloss kit. He was naturally red with embarrassment. HA !
For some unknown reason Ben let Karl (his room mate) bandage his leg in duck-tape… Don't ask… all I know is that we enjoyed ripping it off…
We have just finished dinner at our hotel and are on our way into town to go to a concert.
